• The exhibit area will be in The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom Foyer.  Space is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
• Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
• Please note on the registration form if you will need electric so we can place you accordingly in the Foyer.  There are no direct charges for electric; however, please plan to bring at least (1) power cord and (1) power strip, or what is most applicable for your set-up.  If you need additional “electrical” items from the hotel, charges may apply.

• Recognition as Gold Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
• 5 Days of exhibit space
• One six-foot table for tabletop display in assigned location (includes 2 chairs)
• Two exhibitor badges (full access to educational sessions and meals)*
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and Statistics
• Standard electricity
