Industry Supported Non-CME Breakfast Program/Event Opportunity (45 minutes):

The event will not overlap with the Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia Symposium. 

• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Costs associated with the industry supported event, including but not limited to meals, speaker expenses and audiovisual services. 
• Organizing the event, securing speaker(s).
• Providing program/event invitational flyer at their exhibit, and to symposium attendees. (to be brought/shipped directly to hotel, max size 8.5” x 11”, one page) **
• Providing poster/signage at the Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia Symposium registration desk (dimensions:  22"w x 28"h) and Exhibit table.
• Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
•  Securing space. 
•  Providing a link to breakfast program/event on the Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia Symposium website
• Distributing a breakfast program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to Symposium attendees during on-site registration.
• Targeted email promotion of the non-CME breakfast program/event
• will be sent to current registrants.
• will include the link to the flyer & registration details, if available
• will be included in pre-symposium information emails.
• Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of Cleveland Clinic Survey of Current Issues in Surgical Anesthesia Symposium consenting attendees to your company.
• Deadline for order commitment is October 1, 2022 and Materials to be submitted for approval by November 1, 2022.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic.
• For this non-CME event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
