Workshop registration includes breakfast and refreshment breaks on Thursday morning only.
Course registration includes refreshment breaks on Thursday afternoon and breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch on Friday. PDFs of presentations will be available post course.

Registration and Cancellation Information
Preregistrations are accepted until 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. After Tuesday, January 14, contact CME Registration at [email protected] to confirm availability.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued for registrations if cancelled by January 2, 2025. After January 2, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. After January 9, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
