Exhibit at this Event

• Non-CME Satellite/Product Theater
• Thursday, January 16th or Friday, January 17th lunch time slot.  One opportunity each day.
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
• The industry supporter organization:
• is responsible for organizing the program/event
• is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual. 
• provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h)
• provide a program/event invitation flyer
• For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by December 20, 2024.
• The Cleveland Clinic:
• Will allow use of course lunch buffet
• Will share the provided program/event flyer with registrants
• Does not guarantee attendance.
• Recognition as Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or program booklet)
• 2 days of exhibit space, premium location will be assigned 
• 2 six-foot tables with chairs
• 4 Exhibitor Badges - provides admission to education program and complimentary meals and refreshments
• To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
• Promotional insert in the on-site packet (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing prior to event; max size 8.5" x 11")
• Recognition of your organization in the faculty presentation portal distributed to all attendees
• Organization name, contact information, organization description, link to organization website, link to organization social media, opportunity to link to YouTube video
• Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
• Additional fees charged by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor (hotel freight and handling for packages, electric power strip, hookups, extension cords, easel)

Insert in Attendee Bag                $ 1,000

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference Attendee Bag which will be provided to all registrants upon registration.

• Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing bag prior to event.
• Anticipated insert quantity to be provided is 150+ (depending on advance registrations).
• Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and available to all exhibitors.
• All inserts must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.

Attendee Bag                                 $ 3,000

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) will be seen daily on bags used by attendees.
The bags will be distributed during course registration along with conference materials.
