Exhibitor Packages Available
- Recognition as Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or program booklet)
- 2 days of exhibit space, premium location will be assigned
- 2 six-foot tables with chairs
- 4 Exhibitor Badges - provides admission to education program and complimentary meals and refreshments
- To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
- Promotional insert in the on-site packet (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing prior to event; max size 8.5" x 11")
- Recognition of your organization in the faculty presentation portal distributed to all attendees
- Organization name, contact information, organization description, link to organization website, link to organization social media, opportunity to link to YouTube video
- Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
- Additional fees charged by the hotel are the responsibility of the exhibitor (hotel freight and handling for packages, electric power strip, hookups, extension cords, easel)
