Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Industry Supported Breakfast Program/Event Opportunity (See below for more details)
  • (3) Breakfast opportunities available - Sunday, February 16; Monday, February 17; Tuesday, February 18.
    • Breakfast time slot (7:00am - 7:45am - 45 minutes). One opportunity per day.
  • Recognition as Platinum Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • Four days of exhibit space (February 15-18, 2025)
  • Two six-foot tables in assigned location (includes four chairs)
  • Promotional insert in the on-site packet (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing by January 27, 2025;
    max size 8.5” x 11”, one page)
  • Sign (max size: 22" x 28") with logo/advertisement in exhibit area.

  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Symposium.
    • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
      • Meeting room.
      • Providing a link to program/event on the symposium website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Symposium.
    • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
      • Organizing the program/event, including selecting and providing meal
      • All costs associated with the industry supported breakfast program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees, food and beverage, and audiovisual.
      • Providing program/event invitation flyer PDF to Cleveland Clinic (invitation to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for distribution at symposium registration by January 27, 2025; max size 8.5” x 11”, one page)
      • Providing poster/signage (max size: 22" x 28") of the event for the registration area. Sign to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer by January 27, 2025 ***
    • For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer, or signage:
      This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic. All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials must be submitted for approval by January 22, 2025.
    • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
  • Targeted email promotion of Non-CME Program/Event Opportunity
    • Cleveland Clinic will send an email to all current registrants prior to the start of the symposium promoting the Non-CME Program/Event Opportunity.
    • Email to include the link to the flyer and registration details, if applicable.
    • Information on Non-CME Program/Event will also be included in the symposium reminder emails.

Recognition of your company as a contributing sponsor to the Symposium Reception.
This opportunity is available to more than one company on a first-come, first-served basis. The reception is a 2-hour event for all symposium attendees.

  • The fee includes recognition as a contributor to the reception on slides and/or signage
  • Cocktail napkins with your company logo or the Cleveland Clinic logo provided to reception attendees
  • Payment is due prior to the symposium.

Deadline for commitment is January 15, 2025

Attendee Notepad Portfolio with Pen                       $ 5,000

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on the notepad portfolio and pen provided to attendees.
This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

  • The Note Pad Portfolio with Pen will be distributed at on-site registration with symposium materials
  • Payment is due prior to the symposium.

Beverage Napkins             $ 3,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on beverage napkins used by attendees.
This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

  • The beverage napkins will be available at the beverage station during on-site registration and breaks
  • Payment is due prior to the symposium.

Coffee Cup Sleeves                       $ 3,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on coffee cup sleeves used by attendees.
This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

  • The coffee cup sleeves will be available at the beverage station during on-site registration and breaks
  • Payment is due prior to the symposium.

Attendee Bag                                 $ 5,000

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be seen daily on bags used by attendees.
This opportunity is limited to one supporter.

  • The bags will be distributed during on-site registration, along with symposium materials

Lanyard with Badge Holder                    $ 3,500

Have your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) seen on all official lanyards.
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter.
