Registration fee includes: Online access to faculty presentations in PDF format, welcome reception, and daily continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch.

*A letter from the program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If a letter is not received two weeks following registration, the full physician fee will be charged.
Registration and Cancellation
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by January 13, 2025. After January 13, 2025, a $300 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Email notification of your cancellation by January 23, 2025, is required to process your refund. No refunds will be issued after January 24, 2025.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
