• Insert must be provided and shipped at supporter’s own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than May 16, 2025
• Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.
• Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person
  Opportunity to sponsor a 60 minute in-person industry supported program/event during dinner time on May 30, 2025.
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 24"w x 36"h) and an invitation flyer. 
  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by May 16, 2025
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and distribute program flyer to attendees via email and at the time of hotel check-in.
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance
