Non-CME Lunch Event $ 15,000
Maximum capacity: 40 attendees
- The Industry Supporter Organization will have the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event for lunch (45 minutes of presentation time) on Monday 17th or Tuesday 18th March, 2025.
- An exhibitor package must be purchased to add on this opportunity.
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
- Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
- menu selection and meal expenses.
- providing audiovisual equipment (screen, projector, microphone)
- providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- organizing the program/event. The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic’s activity directors.
- all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel expenses.
- providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer to be distributed to attendees at registration..
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by February 14, 2025
- For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
- This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
- Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
