Group Discount Available

Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive the following discounts off the full registration fee.

• $50 discount from Thursday’s registration fee
• $50 discount from Friday’s registration fee
• 10% discount from each day if you sign up for Thursday, Friday AND Saturday

Registrants must email [email protected] and provide the names of 3 or more colleagues who will be registering to receive a promotional code for special pricing.

Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Sunday, April 27, 2025, or until registration is full.  After Sunday, April 27, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability.  If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.   

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. 

A full refund for each day for which you registered will be issued if cancelled by Wednesday, April 9, 2025. 

After April 9:

• A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund for Wednesday.
• A $300 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Thursday.
• A $300 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Friday.
• A $250 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Saturday.

Wednesday Registration:

• If you chose the “in-person” option, a full refund will be issued if cancelled by Wednesday, April 9, 2025.  After April 9, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund and access to Live Stream will be provided.  Access instructions will be sent by April 23.   Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time.  No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent. 
• If you chose the “live stream” option, a full refund will be issued if cancelled before access instructions have been sent.  Access instructions will be sent by April 23.   Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time.  No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent. 

No refunds will be issued after April 23, 2025.

Health and Safety

All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
