Group Discount Available

Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive the following discounts off the full registration fee.

  • $50 discount from Thursday’s registration fee
  • $50 discount from Friday’s registration fee
  • $100 discount if you sign up for Thursday AND Friday
  • 10% discount from each day if you sign up for Thursday, Friday AND Saturday

Registrants must email [email protected] and provide the names of 3 or more colleagues who will be registering to receive a promotional code for special pricing.

Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations for this in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Sunday, May 3, 2026, or until registration is full.  After Sunday, May 3, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability.  If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.   

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. 

A full refund for each day for which you registered will be issued if cancelled by Wednesday, April 15, 2026. 

After April 15:

  • A $300 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Thursday.
  • A $300 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Friday.
  • A $250 cancellation fee with be deducted from your refund for Saturday.

No refunds will be issued after April 29, 2026.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded.
