Course Tuition:

In-person course fee includes continental breakfast, lunch, and course materials in PDF format.
Live stream course fee includes access to the live stream and course materials in PDF format.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.

Registration and Cancellation

A full refund will be issued for in-person registrations if cancelled by September 15, 2024.  After September 16, 2024, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.  No refunds will be issued after October 2.  Please email [email protected] to cancel your registration.

Health & Safety Information:

All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. Additional attendance requirements may be implemented to ensure attendee health and safety.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
