In-person course fee includes: continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, lunches Thursday and Friday, Friday night social at EPCOT, access to recordings (post-course, non-CME) and faculty presentations in PDF available online.
Live Stream course fee includes: live stream of general sessions and echocardiography workshop (sessions streamed in Eastern time via WebEx), access to recordings (post-course, non-CME) and faculty presentations in PDF available online.

*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.
**Participants must bring an assistant, ideally their senior surgeon, surgical colleague, or surgical PA. Course registration is required for the surgical assistant.
***Please note – admission to the reception does not include an EPCOT® park ticket. A separate park ticket is required to access rides and attractions.
In-person Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted until 2:00 pm ET on Monday, February 19, 2024. After February 19, register onsite through our website using your own device.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by February 1. After February 1, 2024, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after February 8, 2024.
Live Stream Registration and Cancellation
Live stream registration is available through Saturday, February 24, 2024.
Instructions for the live stream will be sent by Friday, February 16, 2024. The live stream will be via WebEx.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for cancellations received before Friday, February 16, 2024. Refunds will not be available after live stream access instructions are sent on February 16.
Health and Safety
As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional. Additionally, attendees are not required to verify vaccination status nor to provide a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Please note this is subject to change based on the most recent status of CDC, local and/or state guidelines.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
