Exhibitor Packages Available
Two opportunities available – Lunch on Thursday, February 22 or Friday, February 23
Includes:
- Recognition as Platinum Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage) **
- Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity/Product Theater (non-CME)
- Two opportunities available – lunch on Thursday OR lunch on Friday
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including audiovisual, faculty travel, and faculty honoraria.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the content of the program.
- Cleveland Clinic is responsible for menu selection and catering expenses. Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (limited availability; first come first served basis).
- The Industry Supporter will provide a program/event invitation flyer to Cleveland Clinic, which will be distributed to all participants on-site (flyer to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped to the hotel by February 21; max size 8.5" x 11", one page).
- The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and provide meeting promotion at Exhibit table.
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager by February 10, 2024.
- For the non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
- This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
- Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
- 2.5 days of exhibit space (assigned)
- Two (2) six foot display tables, 4 chairs, linen and skirting
- Four exhibitor badges (provides admission to education program)
- Complimentary breakfast and refreshments (available with exhibitor badge)
- Note: Additional Exhibitor Fees (internet, electric, power strip, and easel) may be incurred
- Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
*To claim CME credit or attend the reception, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
**Deadline for order commitment is February 3, 2024.

This opportunity is limited to one supporter and is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Recognition as the Reception Sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
- Includes four tickets to the reception
- Your company logo or the Cleveland Clinic logo on cocktail napkins provided to attendees at the reception.
- Payment is due prior to the conference.
- Deadline for order commitment is January 10, 2024, to allow for the printing and shipping of the cocktail napkins.
Promotional opportunity – Attendee Bag – $3,500
Your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) printed on the course attendees’ bag.
Opportunity to sponsor the attendees’ bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. This exclusive opportunity is limited to one supporter.
This fee includes the cost of the bag.
