• Opportunity to sponsor the conference lanyard with badge holder is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.

One - Half Page Promotional Ad            $ 3,000

• Opportunity to create your own one-page promotional advertisement to be incorporated into the onsite materials.
• Ad must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic course organizer. Materials must be submitted for approval by August 10th.   
• Final ad to be provided by industry supporter and sent to course organizer no later than August 30th. Size should be 7” wide x 4.5” tall.
