*Letter from program director is required to receive the discounted fee. If letter is not received two weeks prior to the activity, the full physician fee will be charged.

Group Discount Available
Groups of 3 or more from the same office/institution will receive a 25% discount off the full registration fee. Registrants must call 216.448.8710 to receive a promotional code for special pricing.
Registration
Registrations for in-person attendance are accepted until 2:00 pm ET, May 7, 2025. Please register on site after this date. Contactless registration on your personal device will be required.
Live stream registrations are accepted through Saturday, May 10, at 9:00 am.
Cancellation – In-Person
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to issue your refund. A full refund will be made if canceled by April 10, 2025. After April 10, 2025, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2025.
