Two Lunch Opportunities Available – Two Thursday, May 8

    • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Summit.
    • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
      • menu selection and meal expenses. 
      • basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone.  Supporter is responsible for any additional equipment.
      • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Summit. 
    • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
      • organizing the program/event;
      • all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, and additional audiovisual equipment or staff.
