• Table Setup Includes:  (2) six foot tabletop displays, 4 chairs (or 10x20 space if needed for device display

• Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) included
• 12 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast, afternoon apres ski, each day of conference)
  * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
• Promotional Insert:  Have your company’s promotional insert distributed to attendees during on-site registration.
• Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than Nov 15, 2025.  Inserts to be provided by supporter and shipped directly to VisComm in Cleveland, OH, to arrive no later than Dec 29, 2025.   
• Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.
• Conference Beanies:  Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) on Conference Beanie distributed to attendees during onsite registration.
• Conference Bag:  Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on conference bags distributed to attendees during onsite registration. 
• Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.
• Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person
  Opportunity to sponsor a 25 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the Apres Ski  on Fri., Jan 30, Sat, Jan 31, or Sun, Feb 1 (3:30 to 3:55 PM)  First come, first serve basis.The Program Manager will confirm date of Apres Ski presentation. Opportunities are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.  Audiovisual and meeting room fees waived.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by Dec 1, 2025
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and distribute program flyer to attendees at the time of registration check-in.
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
