Opportunity to sponsor a 25 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the Apres Ski on Fri., Jan 30, Sat, Jan 31, or Sun, Feb 1 (3:30 to 3:55 PM) First come, first serve basis.The Program Manager will confirm date of Apres Ski presentation. Opportunities are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. - The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- Organizing the program/event
- All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual. Audiovisual and meeting room fees waived.
- The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by Dec 1, 2025
- Cleveland Clinic will:
- Select and provide buffet meal.
- Provide a link to program/event on the course website and distribute program flyer to attendees at the time of registration check-in.
