Registration and Cancellation

In person registrations are accepted until 2:00 pm ET, May 7, 2025. Please register on site after this date. Contactless registration on your personal device will be required. 

Cancellation – In-Person

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to issue your refund. A full refund will be made if canceled by April 10, 2025. After April 10, 2025, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after May 1, 2025.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded.
