Package Includes:

  •  Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor* (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • 2 Days of exhibit space during the symposium
  • Table Setup Includes: 1, 5-foot table and linen
  • Exhibit Location:  Premium
  • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred
  • 4 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

Promotional Insert: Have your company’s promotional insert distributed to attendees during registration.

  • Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 10/31/2025
  • Max size 8.5”x11”, please limit insert to one page.

Lanyard with Badge Holder:  Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on the conference lanyard with badge holder distributed to attendees during on-site registration.

  • Opportunity to sponsor a 30 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the continental breakfast from 7:15-7:45 am on Thursday, November 13, 2025.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • Organizing the program/event
    • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
    • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 10/1/2025
  • Cleveland Clinic will:
    • Provide a room at the meeting facility
    • Provide continental breakfast
    • Email attendees and distribute program flyer to attendees at the time of registration check-in.
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  • “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
  • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Attendee Bag                                 $ 2,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be seen daily on attendee bags used by attendees.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is on a first-come, first-served basis.  This fee includes the cost of the Attendee Bag.

  • Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert
  • Insert to be provided by supported at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing by October 31.
  • Max size 8.5”x11”. Please limit insert to one page.
  • The bags will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials
  • Payment is due in full prior to the conference
