*Letter from program director must be received in our office prior to the course to receive this fee. **All PSG memberships will be verified before the meeting.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted online until 9:00 AM ET June 5, 2024. To register after this date, please do so onsite. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by May 20, 2024. After May 20, 2024, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Written notification of your cancellation is required to process your refund. No refunds will be issued after June 8, 2024.

Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
