Saturday, February 22, 2025 -Breakfast Session 6:15 – 7:15 am

  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Symposium.
  • A meeting room at the hotel will be provided (separate from where CME lectures take place).
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • organizing the program/event;
    • all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, hotel food and beverage and audiovisual equipment/labor.

This opportunity is limited to one supporter and is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis.
Your company insert will be distributed with attendee course materials.

  • Opportunity for additional inserts is non-exclusive and shall be available to all exhibitors.
  • Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to the course
    • Max size 8.5" x 11"
  • All inserts must be pre-approved by the Program Manager
  • Submit for approval by February 7, 2025. Delivery deadline: February 14, 2025.
