Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Recognition as Platinum Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)**
  • 2.5 days of exhibit space at the InterContinental Hotel
  • 12-foot display in assigned location (exhibitor’s choice of a display area for equipment or up to two exhibit tables)
  • Six Exhibitor Badges *
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and breaks (available with Exhibitor Badge)
  • Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
  • Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor

* To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
** Deadline for order commitment is July 15, 2025

  • 6-foot display in assigned location (exhibitor’s choice of a display area for equipment or one exhibit table)
  • Two Exhibitor Badges *
  • Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and breaks (available with Exhibitor Badge)
  • Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics
  • Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor

Industry Supported Program – Evening Reception (Non-CME)  $6,000

Evening Reception – Thursday, July 31

  • Supporter must register for a Platinum or Gold exhibit package to select this opportunity.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings. 
  • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
    • menu selection and meal expenses.
    • basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone.  Supporter is responsible for any additional equipment.
    • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Conference. 
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • organizing the program/product theatre.  The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic’s activity directors.
    • all costs associated with the industry supported program/product theatre, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, and additional audiovisual equipment.
    • providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at Exhibit table.
  • All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by July 20, 2025.
  • For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:  This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.

Industry Supported Program – Lunch Program (Non-CME) $6,000 - SOLD OUT

Lunch – Friday, August 1

  • Supporter must register for a Platinum or Gold exhibit package to select this opportunity.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.

This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter. Deadline for order commitment is June 30, 2025.

  • Supporter must register for an exhibit package in order to select this opportunity.
  • Payment is due prior to the event

Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes the cost of the item

Coffee Cup Sleeve             $ 1,500

Your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on coffee cup sleeves used during the course. 
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter. Deadline for order commitment is June 30, 2025.

  • Supporter must register for an exhibit package in order to select this opportunity.
  • The coffee cup sleeves will be available at the beverage station at the hotel
  • Payment is due prior to the event
  • Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes the cost of the item.

Beverage Napkins             $ 1,500

Your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be imprinted on beverage napkins used during the course. 
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter. Deadline for order commitment is June 30, 2025.

  • The beverage napkins will be available at the beverage station at the hotel
