Exhibitor Packages Available

(1 Opportunity available – Wednesday, August 27, 2025)

Request is contingent upon review and approval by Cleveland Clinic and is on a space available basis.

Includes:

  • Non-CME Dinner program/event on Wednesday, August 27 for up to 45 attendees.  See more info below on the dinner program.
  • Receive recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)**
  • 5 days of exhibit space, premium location (Monday thru Friday)
  • Two six-foot tabletop displays (includes four chairs and a tablecloth)
  • Four Exhibitor badges (full access to educational sessions and meals)*
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

* To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.

Non-CME Industry Supported Program/Event Dinner Opportunity:

  • The program/event will take place at the conclusion of the course on Wednesday, August 27. 
  • The Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
  • The Industry Supporting Organization is responsible for:
    • Cost associated with the program, including but not limited to: faculty honorarium and faculty travel.
    • Providing Cleveland Clinic with a one-page flyer/PDF invitation* for the event which will be linked on the course website.
    • Providing poster/signage* at the registration desk to promote the session (dimensions: 22”w x 16”h).
  • Cleveland Clinic is responsible for the meeting space, basic audiovisual needs, menu selection and expenses associated with the meal. 
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:  This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.

*All signage & handouts must be pre‐approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager.  Materials to be submitted for approval by August 8, 2025.
**Deadline for order commitment is August 1, 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • The exhibit area will be in The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom Foyer.  Space is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.
  • Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor. 
  • Please note on the registration form if you will need electric so we can place you accordingly in the Foyer.  There are no direct charges for electric; however, please plan to bring at least (1) power cord and (1) power strip, or what is most applicable for your set-up.  If you need additional “electrical” items from the hotel, charges may apply

Flyer Distribution                            $1,000

  • This opportunity provides your flyer to be distributed at the course.
    • Promotional flyer distributed to registrants upon conference check-in.  Flyer to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer by August 15, 2025.
    • Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.
    • All flyers must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic prior to printing and shipping by August 8, 2025.
