Exhibitor Packages Available

  • Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (see below for more details)
  • Recognition as Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage) **
  • Two days of premium exhibit space , which includes (2) six foot Tabletop display, 4 chairs, including electricity
  • Four Exhibitor badges* (provides admission to education program)
  • Supporter Promotional insert** in the on-site packet
    • **To be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing by September 15; max size 8.5" x 11", one page
  • Supporter Signage (max size: 22"w x 28"h) or pull-up banner display (max size: 33" x 80") with logo/advertisement** in exhibit area
    • **To be provided by supporter at own cost.
  • Roster of consenting registrants (Name, City, State) and statistics
  • Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-CME) to the live, In-person audience
    • The Industry Supporter Organization has the opportunity to sponsor-an industry supported luncheon program during the Summit on Monday, October 7 or Tuesday, October 8 in Cleveland, OH.
    • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
    • The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Summit activity directors. The date will be assigned.
    • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
      • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual. 
      • Organizing the program/event, upon topic/faculty approval by Summit activity directors.
      • Optional live stream of program.  A link will be provided to live stream participants, separate from educational content.  All expenses associated with the live stream are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter Organization (eg, AV, invitation).
      • Providing a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported luncheon (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer, to be distributed at the time of registration checkin. All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by September 15.
      • Including the following disclaimer on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
        This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
    • Cleveland Clinic will:
      • Choose and provide buffet lunch.
      • Provide a link to program/event on the course website and will provide a program/event invitation flyer (provided by the Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course.
    • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Reception Sponsor - $2,500

Only available to current exhibitors

The Attendee Reception will be held on Monday, October 7 for all conference attendees in the exhibit area.

  • Recognition as a Reception Sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • Each supporter is permitted one promotional insert (insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to event)

Industry Supported Breakfast - $7,500 (Non-CME)

Only available to current exhibitors

  • The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $7,500 for the opportunity to sponsor-an industry supported breakfast on Monday, October 7 or Tuesday, October 8 in Cleveland, OH. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
  • The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Summit activity directors. The date will be assigned.

  • The Industry Supporter Organization will provide payment in the amount of $7,500 for the opportunity to sponsor-an industry supported dinner program on Tuesday, October 8 in Cleveland, OH. The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME education.
  • The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Summit activity directors. The date will be assigned.

Attendee Bag - $2,500

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic will be seen daily on bags used by attendees.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee includes the cost of the Attendee bag.

Lanyard - $1,500

Have your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic seen on all official lanyards.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive lanyard is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee includes the cost of the lanyards.

  • The lanyards will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials
  • Payment is due in full prior to conference

Promotional Insert - $500

This opportunity, available to all exhibiting companies, provides your insert in the conference on-site packet

  • Opportunity for inserts shall be available to all exhibitors.
  • Promotional insert in the onsite packet which will be provided to all registrants upon conference check-in.
    • Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing by September 15.
    • Max size 8.5"x11"please limit insert to one page.

All inserts must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic Foundation prior to printing and shipping by September 15, 2024.
