Deadline for Order Commitment: Thursday, April 23, 2026

• Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
• 2 Days of exhibit space during the course
• Table Setup: 2 Tables, Chairs
• Exhibit Location:  Premium
• Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip, easel) are exhibitor's responsibility
• 4 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer*and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments)
• Additional exhibitor badges available at $700 each
  * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.

• Have your company’s promotional flyer available to attendees at Diabetes Day and Obesity Summit
• Flyer must be provided and shipped at supporter’s own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than Thursday, April 23, 2026

• Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited)
• 2 Concurrent Sessions being offered each day
• Opportunity to sponsor a 45 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time of program  on Friday, May 8, 2026 and Saturday, May 9, 2026
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
• The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Summit activity directors. The date will be assigned.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• Organizing the program/event
• All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
• The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by Thursday, April 23, 2026
• Cleveland Clinic will:
• Select and provide buffet meal.
• Provide a link to program/event on the course website and make program flyer available to attendees.
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
