Attendee Bag                     $ 5,000

This opportunity is limited to one supporter. 

Recognition of your company logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) will be seen daily on attendee bags used by attendees.
Opportunity to sponsor the exclusive conference attendee bag is on a first-come, first-served basis.  This fee includes the cost of the Attendee Bag.

• Approved Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert
• Insert to be provided by supported at own cost and shipped directly to organizer for stuffing by April 16.
• Max size 8.5”x11”.  Please limit insert to one page.
• The bags will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to meals, speaker honorarium and audiovisual services.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
