- Recognition as Platinum Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage – company logos are prohibited)
- Four (4) Exhibitor badges (Full access to Symposium sessions and meals).
- Premium Exhibit location for duration of course
- (2) 6' tables with chairs for table-top display
- Additional fees are exhibitor's responsibility (standard electric, power strip, easel)
- Company name recognition included in Syllabus and on exhibitor map
- Complimentary continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments (Available with Exhibitor Badge)
- Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
- Post event communication to attendees will include exhibitor acknowledgement
- Hotel freight and handling charges are the responsibility of the exhibitor
- Recognition as Gold Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage – company logos are prohibited)
- Two (2) Exhibitor badges (Full access to Symposium sessions and meals).
