Registration and Cancellation

Pre-registrations are encouraged for this event. After Thursday, December 5, please register on-site at the JW Marriott Essex House. Contactless registration on your own device will be required. Please contact CME Registration at [email protected] or call 216.444.9990 with any questions.

In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by November 10, 2024. After November 10, a $99 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after November 30, 2024.
