Attendee Bag           $ 1,000

Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on conference bags distributed to attendees during registration. 
Opportunity is available to exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. 

• Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.
• Industry supporter is permitted one promotional insert to be included in bag.
• Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 07/21/2025
• Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.

• Lanyards will be distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials.
• This opportunity is limited to one supporter
• Payment is due prior to the conference.
• (Cleveland Clinic will select item)

Non-CME Evening Event          $ 15,000

The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event on August 15, 2025 during the evening reception(120 minutes).

• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME program.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported event, including, but not limited to, audiovisual services.
• Cleveland Clinic will provide space and select and provide refreshments and heavy hors d'oeuvres 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the event, and providing any necessary product support.  Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space.
• The Industry Supporter Organization will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and provide program/event invitation flyer at exhibit table.
• The Cleveland Clinic will post a link to the event on the Comprehensive Cancer Center Medical Oncology Update 2025 Course website and provide an event invitation/flyer
  (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during course registration.
• For a non-CME program/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of all invitations, mailers, and signage:
  This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by July 15, 2025.

Beverage Sleeve              $ 3,000

Have your corporate logo imprinted on a beverage sleeve ‐ for hot beverage each day at the refreshment breaks.

This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis, and is limited to one supporter.

• The beverage sleeves will be available during all breaks
• Payment is due in full prior to the conference
• Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes the cost of the product.
