Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations are accepted until June 2, 2025.

In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by May 16, 2025. After May 16, 2025, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds after May 30, 2025.
