Exhibit at this Event

For 2024, we are offering exhibit pages on the virtual platform, allowing you to share the following information with our attendees:

• Company name, address, phone
• Logo: 250 x 250 px minimum (File types: .png .jpg .eps)
• Link to Company Website
• Product Description: URL, images and display text
• Company Contacts List: Name, email, phone
• Social Media Links

Attendees will have access to your virtual exhibit one week prior to the conference, during five days of educational content, and 45 days after the conference has concluded. Exhibitors will be listed in program booklet and on slides displayed throughout the five-day conference.

Exhibitors receive roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics.

Industry Supporter Organizations will have the opportunity to sponsor a 45-minute non-CME program during the lunch hour of the virtual program. The non-CME program option is open only to exhibiting organizations.

• During the general session hours, neither exhibitors nor their agents may conduct, nor sponsor any educational or marketing activities directed towards the symposium registrants, other than part of an approved exhibit, without the permission of Cleveland Clinic 
• The event cannot overlap with the 15th Annual Internal Medicine Updates and Board Review.  Days and times are first come first served.
• Industry supporter organization is responsible for all costs associated with the non-CME industry supported program/event  including, but not limited to, virtual meeting production.
• Industry supporter organization is responsible for organizing the non-CME event and securing the virtual meeting set-up.
• The non-CME virtual meeting space is separate from the educational activity virtual platform.
• Industry supporter organization will provide a PDF flyer for the non-CME event.
• The Cleveland Clinic will send a pre-meeting email blast to all registered 15th Annual Internal Medicine Updates and Board Review  attendees.

Pre-meeting email must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic

• For a Non-CME event, the following disclaimers must be included on the PDF flyer for email:
• "This event is developed and offered by (name of supporting organization). This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic Florida".
• Cleveland Clinic Florida does not guarantee attendance.
