Exhibitor Packages Available

All attendees are invited to the Welcome Reception, to follow the general session on Friday, March 7, on the Ocean Ballroom Terrace.

  • Recognition as Reception Sponsor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
  • Reception Sponsor is permitted one promotional insert (provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to event)
  • Your company logo imprinted on a sign and displayed at the bar during the reception
  • Option to have your corporate logo projected via Encore in reception area

Lanyard $ 2,000

Your corporate logo and/or Cleveland Clinic’s logo imprinted on all official lanyards.
This is an exclusive opportunity and is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Lanyards will be distributed during on‐site registration, along with conference materials
  • Payment is due prior to conference
  • Cleveland Clinic will order product and handle shipment with consultation from sponsor and proof (approved by both parties) prior to final print

Attendee Bag         $ 4,000

Your corporate logo and/or Cleveland Clinic’s logo imprinted on bags used by attendees.

Insert to be provided by supporter at own cost and shipped directly to organizer prior to event

Wi-Fi              $2,000

Your company logo on slides and signage.
This opportunity is available to supporters on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment is due prior to the conference.

Non-CME Breakfast Event          $ 12,000

The Industry Supporter Organization will have the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event for breakfast (45 minutes of presentation time) on Friday, March 7, OR Saturday, March 8, 2025.
An exhibitor package must be purchased to add on this opportunity.
The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:

  • menu selection and meal expenses.
  • providing audiovisual equipment (screen, projector, microphone)
  • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course.

The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:

  • organizing the program/event. The topic and faculty must be pre-approved by Cleveland Clinic’s activity directors.
  • all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel expenses.
  • providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer to be distributed to attendees at registration..
  • All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by February 6, 2025
  • For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
