  • The Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance. 
  • The Industry Supported Organization will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22”w x 16”h). 
  • The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to Industry Supporter Organization registration page for industry supported lunch on the course website.   
  • Industry sponsored lunch or dinner will be announced on welcome and morning break slides. 
  • All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Planner. Materials must be submitted for approval by September 2, 2022. 
  • For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front or first page of all marketing materials (i.e., invitation, mailer, signage, etc.):

• Recognition as Gold Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage – company logos are prohibited)
• Industry supported lunch or dinner (non-CME) on 9/23/22, 9/24/22 or 9/25/22 – $6,500 fee waived (assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis)

• Conference room rental fee waived ($5,000 value)
• Promotional – Lanyard with Badge Holder (Fee waived...$3,000 value)

• Have your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic's logo (your choice) seen on all official lanyards (distributed during on-site registration along with conference materials)
