Registration and Cancellation

Preregistrations are accepted until 2 p.m. ET March 19, 2025. In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if canceled by February 21, 2025. After February 21, a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. Email notification of your cancellation by February 28 is required to process your refund. No refunds after February 28.
