In-person registration fee includes breakfasts, lunch on Thursday and Friday, the Thursday evening welcome reception, refreshment breaks and access to faculty presentations, post-course.

Registration Discount for the Heart Team
Register as a heart team for special discounts! Register 3-4 people from your team and receive a 30% discount on your total registration. Register 5 or more from your team and receive 40% off registration.
The heart team is a multidisciplinary group of cardiovascular specialists who collaborate to evaluate and determine the best treatment plan for a patient's heart condition. The team includes cardiac anesthesiologists, cardiac surgeons, cath lab specialists, clinical cardiologists, echocardiographer or CT specialists, interventional cardiologists, sonographers, nurses and physician assistants.
Heart Team Discount Eligibility Criteria
- A minimum of three people must register from a single hospital/institution.
- All registrants using the discount must be affiliated with the hospital/institution at the time of Valve Imaging Summit.
- Cost of the Wednesday evening learning lab is excluded from the discount
How It Works — Submit Your Inquiry
A representative from your heart team must email [email protected] with the hospital/institute information and each attendee’s name and position. If your submission meets the criteria for the heart team discount, a member of our team will reach out to you within 7 business days with instructions on the registration process. Submission of this form does not constitute registration for Valve Imaging Summit. You must apply by February 22, 2027 at 11:59 PM EDT to receive a team discount.
Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations are accepted until 2:00 pm ET on Wednesday, March 3, 2027. On-site registration is available. Registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by Monday, February 1, 2027. After Monday, February 1, 2027, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after Monday, February 22, 2027.

Health and Safety
All applicable Centers for Disease Control (CDC), state, and local safety protocols will be enforced for this event. As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
