Exhibitor Packages Available

- Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)
- 1 Day of exhibit space during the course
- Table Setup Includes: 1 Table, Chairs
- Exhibit Location: Premium
- Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred
- 2 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast and refreshments.)
- Additional Exhibitor Badges are available to purchase for $225. Deadline: May 21, 2025
* To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee. - Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
- Supporter Signage: (max width: 24", max height: 36") or pull-up banner display (max width: 33", max height: 80") with logo/advertisement** in exhibit area
- **To be provided by supporter at own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than May 9, 2025
- Industry Supported Concurrent lunch/Program (non-CME)
- Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
- menu selection and meal expenses.
- providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Summit.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- organizing the program/event;
- all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, and audiovisual equipment.
- providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at Exhibit table.
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by February 8, 2025.
- For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage: This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
