Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME) - Lunch
(First come, first served - this opportunity is limited to one company during lunch)

• The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event on May 2, 2024 during lunch (45 minutes).
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course. 
• Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
• meeting room
• menu selection and meal expenses
• providing a link to the course website and distributing an event invitation/flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during course registration.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
• organizing the event
• all costs associated with the industry supported event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual services.
• completing profile form for online exhibit portal. To include contact information, logos, social media links etc.
• providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at exhibit table and flyers for distribution at registration. Sign and flyers to be provided by supporter at own cost and brought/shipped to course.
• For a non-CME program/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of all invitations, mailers, and signage:
  This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by April 12, 2024.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (Acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)**
• 1 Day of exhibit space, assigned location
• 6’ x 30” table - suitable for tabletop display, with two chairs
• Two Exhibitor badges (provides admission to education program)
• Complimentary breakfast and refreshments (available with exhibitor badge)
• Recognition of your organization in the online exhibit portal distributed to all attendees and on the live stream site
• Organization name, contact information, organization description, link to organization website, link to organization social media, opportunity to link to YouTube video
• Access to live stream for two representatives *
• Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics
• Targeted email promotion of Non-CME/Product/Event Opportunity
• Cleveland Clinic will send an email to all current registrants promoting the Non-CME/Product Event Opportunity.
• Email to include the link to the flyer and registration details, if available.
• Information on non-CME/Product Event will also be included in the course instructional emails.
