Exhibit at this Event

• Industry Supported LUNCH Program/Event Opportunity – (45 minutes)
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meeting. 
• Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
  • menu selection and meal expenses. 
  • providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the course. 
  • targeted email promotion of Non-CME Program/Event
    • Sent to all current registrants
    • Will include the link to the flyer & registration details, if available.
    • Will also be included in the course instructional emails.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
  • organizing the program/event;
  • all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, and audiovisual equipment.
  • providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer for course website and at Exhibit table.
• All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by September 3, 2023.
• For non-CME programs/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
  • This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• Recognition as a Platinum Level Exhibitor (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)**
• 2 days of exhibit space
• Two six-foot tabletop displays in assigned location (includes four chairs) with basic electric connection (power strip), if needed.  Additional electric needs may be arranged with the hotel.
• Promotional flyer to be distributed to partipants at registration (to be provided by supporter at own cost and brought/shipped directly to hotel; max size 8.5” x 11”, one page) ***
• Sign (max size: 22"w x 28" h) with logo/advertisement in exhibit area. Sign to be provided by supporter at own cost and brought/shipped directly to hotel ***
• Complimentary breakfast and refreshments (available with Exhibitor Badge)
• Roster of consenting attendees (name, city, state) and statistics

* To claim CME credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee
** Deadline for order commitment is June 1, 2023
