• Only those registered for the symposium can attend the Non-CME session in-person.
• The Industry Supporter Organization will have the opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Morning program/event
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meeting.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including but not limited to meals, speaker honorarium and audiovisual services.
• The Cleveland Clinic will provide a link to event on the course website. In addition, the Cleveland Clinic will provide a pre-registration list of attendees.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
