Whether you are seeking to become a credentialed professional coach* or just interested in enhancing your skills to optimize your role as a coach, mentor, teacher or leader, join us for 32 hours of advanced skills-based coursework in developmental coaching. Trained mentor coaches facilitate participant learning in small groups with direct observation and real-time feedback. Live sessions are complemented by field work assignments and mentor coach debriefs.

Participation in the four-day training includes classroom materials, debriefs, and qualification to sit for the Center for Credentialing & Education's (CCE) Board Certified Coach (BCC) exam upon meeting additional CCE requirements. Additionally, all participants are invited to join our ongoing CECM collaborative calls to further connect with a community of practice like-minded individuals developing related programming at their own institutions, and for continued skill development.
