Recognition as a Diamond Level Exhibitor* (acknowledgement on slides and/or signage)

  • 2 Days of exhibit space during the course
    • Table Setup Includes:  1 Table, Chairs, Linen/Skirting
    • Exhibit Location:  Premium
    • Additional exhibitor fees (standard electric, power strip) may be incurred
  • 8 exhibitor badges (provides admission to the education program as a silent observer* and complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.)
    * To claim CE credit, you must register as a participant for an additional fee.
  • Roster of Consenting Attendees (Name, City, State) and statistics

Industry Supported Program/Event (Non-Accredited) In-Person

  • Opportunity to sponsor a 30 minute in-person industry supported program/event during the lunch time on October 9, 2025.
  • The program/event is not permitted to take place during the accredited education.
  • The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
    • Organizing the program/event
    • All costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
    • The industry supporter will provide a poster/signage at the registration desk promoting the industry supported program (dimensions: 22"w x 28"h) and an invitation flyer.  All signage & handouts must be pre- approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager by 10/1/2025
  • Cleveland Clinic will:
    • Select and provide buffet meal.
    • Email attendees and distribute program flyer to attendees at the time of registration check-in.
  • The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
    “This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.”
  • Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.

Promotional Insert: Have your company’s promotional insert distributed to attendees during registration.

  • Insert must be provided and shipped at supporters own cost and must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager prior to printing and shipping no later than 10/1/2025
  • Max size 8.5"x11", please limit insert to one page.

SELECT ATTENDEE BAG OR LANYARD WITH BADGE HOLDER – ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS

  • Attendee Bag:  Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on conference bags distributed to attendees during onsite registration. 
    • Cleveland Clinic will select item.  Fee includes cost of product and payment is due prior to event.
  • Lanyard with Badge Holder:  Recognition of your company and your corporate logo or Cleveland Clinic’s logo (your choice) on the conference lanyard with badge holder distributed to attendees during on-site registration.
