• Cleveland Clinic will send an email to all current registrants promoting the Non-CME/Product Event Opportunity.
• Email to include the link to the flyer and registration details, if available.
• Information on non-CME/Product Event will also be included in the course instructional emails.

Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME)
(First come, first served - this opportunity is limited to one company during lunch)

• The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event on November 13, 2024 during lunch (45 minutes).
• The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME course. 
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual services.
• Cleveland Clinic will provide space and select and provide lunch.
• The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for organizing the event, securing speaker(s) and providing any necessary product support.  Cleveland Clinic is responsible for securing space.
• The Industry Supporter Organization will provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h) and provide program/event invitation flyer at exhibit table.
• The Cleveland Clinic will post a link to the event on the Cleveland Clinic Thyroid Expo 2024 Course website and provide an event invitation/flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during course registration.
• For a non-CME program/events, the following disclaimer must be included on the front of all invitations, mailers, and signage: This event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>.  This is not an official event of the Cleveland Clinic.
• Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• All signage and handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager.  Materials must be submitted for approval by March 29, 2024.
