Additionally, attendees are not required to verify vaccination status nor to provide a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Please note this is subject to change based on the most recent status of CDC, local and/or state guidelines.

Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Tuesday, December 12, 2023. After Tuesday, December 12, please register onsite.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund. A full refund will be issued if canceled by November 15, 2023. After November 15, a $99 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. No refunds will be issued after December 1, 2023.

In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded.
