Non-CME Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity includes:

• The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor an industry supported Non-CME program/event on August 28 or August 29 during dinner. One opportunity available per evening.
• The program/event will take place at the conclusion of the course for the given day. 
• The Cleveland Clinic does not guarantee attendance.
• The following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:

This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.

• Cleveland Clinic will provide:
• Meeting space, basic audiovisual needs, menu selection and expenses associated with the meal. 
• A link to program/event on the course website.
• A program/event invitation flyer (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Course.
• Space to display a 16” x 22” poster display (provided by Supporting organization)

• Industry Supporting Organization is responsible for:
• Cost of faculty honorarium, and faculty travel.  
• Provide poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22”w x 16”h).
• Signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager.
