In-Person Fee includes: Breakfast, refreshment breaks, and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, as well as dinner on Thursday. The registration fee also includes access to faculty presentations in PDF format, available online.
Live Stream Fee includes: Online access to all lectures, real-time, on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The registration fee also includes access to faculty presentations in PDF format, available online. This course will NOT be recorded. Optional Wednesday Workshop and the Thursday Cardiac Device Workshop are not included.
In-Person Optional Pre-Conference Wednesday Workshop Fee includes: Boxed lunch on Wednesday and access to faculty presentations in PDF format, available online. Registrants must register for the Full Course in order to register for the Wednesday Optional Workshop.

Registration and Cancellation
Preregistrations for the in-person event are accepted until 11:59 PM ET Sunday, November 10, 2024. After Sunday, November 10, contact CME Registration at [email protected] directly to confirm on-site availability. If on-site registration is available, contactless registration on your own device will be required.
In case of cancellation, email notification is required to process your refund.
A full refund will be issued for “In-Person Registration” if canceled by October 23, 2024. After October 23, 2024, a $250 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
A full refund will be issued for “In-Person Optional Pre-Conference Wednesday Workshop” if cancelled by October 23, 2024. After October 23, 2024, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
No refunds will be issued after November 6, 2024.
“Live Stream Registration” – Access instructions for the live stream will be sent by November 6, 2024. Please note – all sessions will be held in Eastern Time. This activity will not be recorded. If you register for Live Stream, you will need to view the content in real-time. The Wednesday Optional Workshop and the Thursday Cardiac Device Workshop are not included. No refunds will be issued after access instructions have been sent.
Health and Safety
As participants are responsible for their own health choices, the use of masks by all participants at this event is optional. Additionally, attendees are not required to verify vaccination status nor to provide a negative COVID-19 test for entry. Please note this is subject to change based on the most recent status of CDC, local and/or state guidelines.
Cleveland Clinic Center for Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify an activity type at our sole discretion. In the event that this occurs, any registration fee(s) paid will be refunded. Be advised that Cleveland Clinic is not responsible for related costs including airline tickets, hotel costs, or any similar fee penalties incurred as a result of any Activity cancellations or changes.
