The British Journal of Ophthalmology (BJO) is an international peer-reviewed journal for ophthalmologists and visual science specialists. BJO publishes clinical investigations, clinical observations, and clinically relevant laboratory investigations related to ophthalmology. The Center is collaborating with BMJ to provide continuing education credit to people who read articles in the medical journal. AMA-PRA Category 1 Credit™ is now available for reading research articles online. These activities are available to health care professionals wherever they are in the world and do not require a subscription to BMJ.
Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine
The Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine includes articles in each issue that are CME accredited. Readers of these articles can go online to complete a post-test and claim credit and receive a CME certificate. Instructions for receiving CME credit are published in the Journal. CME participants receive credit through this web site's myCME utility and can see a transcript of completed journal CMEs in addition to their online CMEs.

In 2009, Elsevier published "2009 Current Clinical Medicine." This printed textbook, which comes with a web site version accessible by registration key to purchasers of the book, was based on The Cleveland Clinic Disease Management Project, an online medical textbook that is free and was first made available on this web site in 2002. The Elsevier textbook incorporates some topics that were covered in the Disease Management Project but has many additional chapters and adds the specialty of Preventive Medicine.
