Objectives |

- Review specific conversion protocols for alternate opioid therapies.

This podcast is intended for physicians, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers involved with palliative care and treatment of their pain. In addition, healthcare professionals in hematology/oncology, internal medicine, family practice, and hospice care will benefit. |
