Registration & Cancellation
Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until 4:00 pm on November 13, 2009,
other than for Hands-on Workshop. Registration after this date may be done on site.
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be made if cancelled by November 3, 2009.
After November 3, 2009, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. Written notification
of cancellation is required in order to process a refund.
Refunds cannot
be issued after December 17, 2009.
