| Linda L. Bluso, is the partner-in-charge of Brouse McDowell's Cleveland office and one of the few female managing partners of large Cleveland firms, Ms. Bluso represents organizations and entrepreneurs in corporate, business and real estate matters. Linda is currently chairing the steering committee for COSE’s scenario-planning project concerning the future landscape of health care in the United States in 2015. She is currently Chair of In Counsel With Women, an organization comprised of women who have achieved the highest level of accomplishment within their professional and community lives. Membership is by invitation only and represents the top 100+ women in the Northeast Ohio region. |

| Sylvia Hewlett, PhD, is an economist with two decades of thought leadership on issues of gender and workforce development and she is founder and president of the Center for Work-Life Policy. Hidden Brain Drain Task Force is a bestselling book. Creating a Life, was the subject of Time and People cover stories and was named one of the best books of the year by Business Week. Sylvia Hewlett’s new book Off-Ramps and On-Ramps: Keeping Talented on the Road to Success was published by the Harvard Business School Press, was featured on 60 Minutes, Oprah, The Today Show, Economist and New York Times. |

| Luncheon Keynote | Jana Mashonee Singer, Songwriter, and Actress Motivational Speaker for Native American Youth Founder, Jana’s Kids Organization New York, NY |
| Jana Mashonee, is a Grammy Award nominated singer, songwriter, and actress. She is a
Native American by birth, a member of the Lumbee
Tribe of North Carolina, who combines Native
American customs with today’s world in a mix of
music and style that she describes as “Urban Indian.” Her
albums and singles have reached the top of many charts
and her live performances have been viewed by millions.
Jana is much more than just an accomplished musician. An
important part of her life is her role as motivational speaker for
Native American youth. It has led to the founding or her own
organization, Jana’s Kids, whose mission is to provide youth
with the resources and inspiration to achieve success in
their lives. Her Native American Motivational Presentation, a combination of music, dance,
and motivational speaking, has become the most successful youth-oriented presentation of
its kind in the country. |

| Susan Goldberg | Plain Dealer Editor Cleveland, OH |
| Susan Goldberg, was named editor of The Plain Dealer in May of 2007. Prior to that,
she was the executive editor of the San Jose Mercury News from 2003-2007, after
working as managing editor at the paper for four years. From 1989-1999, Goldberg
worked at USA Today, serving as a deputy managing editor of the News, Life and
Enterprise sections. Previously, she worked as a reporter and editor at the Detroit Free
Press. She began her career as a reporter at the Seattle Post-Intelligencer. A native
of Michigan, Goldberg has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Michigan State
University. She is active in professional journalism organizations, serving on the board
of directors of the American Society of Newspaper Editors and on the Accrediting Council
on Education in Journalism and Mass Communication. She also is co-chair of the Medill
School of Journalism’s Board of Visitors at Northwestern University. |

Pre-registrations are accepted by fax or online until 5:00 pm ET, September 19, 2008. To register after
this date, you must do so on-site.
In case of cancellation, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund if cancelled after September 19, 2008. Written notification of your cancellation is required in order to process your refund.
