Non-CME Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity
The Industry Supporter Organization will have an opportunity to sponsor a non-CME industry supported luncheon program/event on Friday March 6, or Saturday, March 7, after the course adjourns. Two concurrent opportunities available each day. The Program/Event will not overlap with activity agenda.
- Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity - Lunch
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME meetings.
- Cleveland Clinic is responsible for:
- menu selection and meal expenses.
- basic audiovisual equipment for a PowerPoint presentation and podium/microphone. Supporter is responsible for any additional equipment.
- providing a link to program/event on the course website and distributing a program/event invitation (provided by Industry Supporter Organization) to attendees during the Summit.
- The Industry Supporter Organization is responsible for:
- organizing the program/event;
- all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, faculty honorarium, faculty travel, and additional audiovisual equipment.
- providing a poster/signage at the registration desk (dimensions: 22"w x 28" h) and providing program/event invitation flyer at Exhibit table.
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Program Manager. Materials to be submitted for approval by February 8, 2025.
