Industry Supported Program/Event Opportunity (non-CME)
- Saturday, February 17, 2024, Lunch time slot (12:00 - 12:50 pm - 50 minutes)
- The program/event is not permitted to take place during the CME Summit.
- Event opportunity and space assignment is based on availability (space is limited).
- The Industry Supporter Organization:
- is responsible for organizing the program/event.
- is responsible for all costs associated with the industry supported program/event, including, but not limited to, speaker fees and audiovisual.
- may live stream their program/event invitation. A link will be provided to live stream participants. All expenses associated with the live stream are the responsibility of the Industry Supporter Organization.
- will provide electronic banner artwork for live stream course website to Project Manager for approval by February 9, 2024. (1110 px x 110 px; full color)
- will complete profile form to online exhibit portal. Includes contact information, logos, social media links, etc.
- will provide a program/event sign for the registration desk (dimensions: 22" w x 28" h).
- will provide a program/event invitation flyer (max size 8.5" x 11", one page).
- For non-CME program/event the following disclaimer must be included on the front of each invitation, mailer or signage:
This program/event is developed and offered by <name of supporting organization>. This is not an official program/event of the Cleveland Clinic.
- All signage & handouts must be pre-approved by the Cleveland Clinic Project Manager. Materials must be submitted for approval by February 9, 2024.
- All signage and handouts are to be provided by supporter at their own cost and shipped directly to the hotel by February 15, 2024
- The Cleveland Clinic:
- will provide a meeting room
- will select and provide lunch
- will share the provided program/event flyer with registrants
- does not guarantee attendance
- will provide a link to program/event on the symposium website and distribute program/event invitation flyer (provided by the industry supporter organization) to attendees during symposium registration
- will provide online exhibit hall listing in faculty presentation portal. Profile form will be provided to exhibitor for completion. Includes contact information, logos, social media links, etc.
- will provide targeted email promotion of Non-CME/event opportunity
- email to all current registrants promoting the Non-CME program/event sponsorship opportunity which will include a link to the flyer and registration details, if available
- announcement in symposium instructional emails sent to pre-registered attendees 1-2 weeks prior to symposium
