Quiz 10 Context:
A 65-year-old man presents for routine health check and cancer screening. He has a past medical history significant for hyperlipidemia, gout, and diabetes. He is maintained on a stable medical regimen and currently reports no active symptoms. He is an ex-smoker and consumes 2 drinks of alcohol per week. He is a former construction worker, now retired. He denies weight loss, night sweats, fevers, change in bowel or bladder habits, or cough. The patient does relate a significant history of sun exposure, related to his previous occupational exposure as well as his current pursuit of golf as a hobby.
