Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in most Middle Eastern and other western countries. Percutaneous transcatheter therapeutic procedures (ie. endovascular interventions) have evolved significantly over the past two decades, allowing interventionalists of all backgrounds to dramatically improve the lives of patients with heart and vascular disease. The focus of this endovascular conference will be to provide a forum for clinicians to discuss recent advances in this rapidly evolving technology and to showcase novel innovative therapies for the treatment of vascular diseases.
This year's conference has been organised to meet the needs of all specialists involved in cardiovascular interventional therapy and will bring together cardiologists, interventional radiologists, nephrologists and cardiac and vascular surgeons, under one roof, with the aim of improving synergy and fostering a multi-disciplinary approach to the treatment of heart and vascular disease.
